Information you give us. When you place an order: your name, email address, phone number, shipping address and any order note. When you sign up for our newsletter: your email address.

Payment details. If online payment is used, you enter your card details directly on our payment provider's page. We do not receive or store your full card number.

Information collected automatically. When you browse the store we collect:

• your IP address and the approximate location derived from it (city, region, country) and your internet provider / network (ASN);
• device and browser details such as device type and model, operating system and version, browser, screen size, language and time zone;
• what you do on the site: pages and products viewed, searches, items added to your cart or wishlist, and when;
• how you arrived: the referring website and ad campaign details in the link (for example utm tags or a Facebook click ID).

• to process, ship and support your orders and to contact you about them;
• to take payment through our payment provider and to prevent fraud and abuse;
• to understand how the store is used and improve it;
• to measure and improve our advertising, including showing you relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram;

We don't sell your personal information for money. We share it only with service providers that help us run the store:

• Payment provider — your order amount, order number, name, email, phone and billing address, so you can pay.
• Meta Platforms (Facebook & Instagram) — through the Meta Pixel and Conversions API: pages and products viewed, cart and order events, order value, your IP address, browser details, Meta cookie IDs and, when you order or subscribe, your email address in hashed (scrambled) form.
• Location and address services — your IP address to look up approximate location (ipinfo.io), and the text you type into the address field to suggest addresses (Google, Geoapify or OpenStreetMap).
• Our team's messaging tool — order details are sent to our staff as notifications (Telegram).
• Shipping carriers and hosting providers — what they need to deliver your order and run the site.
• Authorities, when required by law, or a buyer of our business if it is ever sold.

Under some US state privacy laws (such as California's), sharing information with advertising partners like Meta for targeted ads may count as “sharing” or a “sale”. See Your choices & rights to opt out.

We use cookies and similar browser storage for the purposes below.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking necessary storage may stop the cart from working.

• Visit and browsing records: 90 days, then deleted automatically.
• Orders and the details in them: as long as needed to provide the order and meet tax, accounting and legal requirements.
• Newsletter sign-ups: until you unsubscribe.

• Ads: you can limit ad personalisation in your Facebook ad preferences and through the DAA opt-out tool.
• Access, correction and deletion: email us at the contact details on our website and we'll respond within the time the law requires.
• Opt out of “sale” or “sharing”: email the contact details on our website with the subject “Do not sell or share my personal information”.
• We won't treat you differently for using any of these rights.

Children. The store is not meant for children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Security. We use reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
